ISSUE 4: MIRAGE

Dear Readers,

Think of something you believed as a child. What was it? What did it mean to you?

What if it was an illusion all along?

In Issue 4: MIRAGE, these questions are contemplated in all forms. From Jedidiah

Vinzon’s poem variations on a theme, where he questions, “How do you love

home? Like awaiting packages?” to Sosena Audain’s work, what is language

outside the body but, where “enough is just the chirp of one single bird,”

we explore the ways that our world is redefined as we grow and change.

Throughout these pages, we hope you contemplate what we know to be true

- and how mirages are shaped by the world around us.

Warmly,

Rosie Hong and Caroline Zhang

Editors-In-Chief of Fleeting Daze.
